POSTAGE AND HANDLING POLICY
Wilson Equestrian offers delivery by Australian Post or within Australia Fastway Couriers. Australia Post provides quick delivery and your parcel is trackable. We consider all items delivered upon lodgement at the Post Office.
All Claims for transit damage or non-delivery are to be lodged with Australian Post.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use all weights above 500 grams will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. If you wish to make a purchase which requires international shipping please email us for shipping costs.
Wilson Equestrian provides refunds or exchange for any full priced products sold. Items must be returned to us in the same condition it was posted to you. Return postage is responsible to the purchaser.
Please note the return policy does not apply to the following goods:
- Special orders of non stock products
- Made to measure items
- Personalised / custom made items
Email contact is to be made within 48 hours of receipt of defective or faulty product.
Any defect or faulty items must be immediately returned to Wilson Equestrian. No responsibility is taken for any defective or faulty item not returned directly to Wilson Equestrian, within 10 working days after the purchaser has received it.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs; therefore initial shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the return is a result of our error).
Items must be in re-sellable condition at the full RRP (to the discretion of the Wilson Equestrian Team). If the item is not re-sellable at the full RRP a refund will not be given.
If item does not meet re-sellable conditions then it will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer.
All goods must be unused and in original condition.
Returned items that are dirty or have horse hair on them will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer.
We do not accept refunds for good worn or damaged as a result of use or misuse. As per our postage policy risk passes to the purchaser at the time of receipt of funds. Sorry all delivery charges are non refundable. Purchaser to pay return postage.
